Back in the Saddle

Lots of minis painted in the past couple weeks. Without further ado:

From Miniatures

This pimpin' fellow is Ivellos, my Living Forgotten Realms character. He's a tiefling wizard from Reaper.

A hobgoblin adept from the Chainmail line.

This happy fellow is from Reaper. I think he's called a skoli warrior or something, but I'm planning on using him as a half-demon.

This is a dwarf warrior from the initial release of Chainmail minis. I like this guy, along with a lot of the Chainmail elves and dwarves. They look like their own races, rather than just short or pointy-eared humans. I like how this guy is squat but broad.

These two figures are pulverizers, mining machines that can produce a stone-shattering sonic blast. They're from the Chainmail line. I painted them up for an adventure I'm messing around with.

Finally, a kind of lame stonespike from the Chainmail line.

It's nice to be back in a regular schedule of painting!

  1. Nice to see you back at the brush. The little driller automatons are very cool.

  2. I like the details on the hob adept.

  3. The Dwarf is the most detailed by far. The best part is the chain mail and the shield. I like the enrusted Diamonds embeded in it.

Are you going to add any more detail to the Stonespike figure? It would be best in Black, Metallic silver and maybe Chrome.

  4. Those are damn fine paint jobs. I have been looking for pulverizers, my favorite automaton from 3.5 MM2... didn't realize Chainmail had 'em.

Watching this blog has inspired me, and I broke out my painting gear and finished a mini, WIP a couple more. Shall I link here?
